Working in a cowork space is an interesting experience on it’s own. Taking the option to work from a cowork space means you are serious with work, and open to new experiences and other ways to approach things.
An introvert in a cowork space, the idea is absurd, why would you go surround yourself with people when you need quietness, aloneness to be productive.
To thrive in a cowork space as an introvert, you have to accept yourself as being an introvert. Introverts have days they want to socialize, all they need a certain quota of casual conversation and that would be it.
Too much socialization drains them of their energy. Introverts are great communicators in the right circumstances when given the chance.

1. Find a suiting cowork space
Choosing what type of cowork space to work from will save you some stress. You can choose between a cool, calm environment geared towards matured companies or a space niched out for start ups, where you are sure to
socialize, people will invariably talk with you. If the latter was your choice, find a good spot in the cowork area where there is minimal social interaction.
2. Step out of your comfort zone
I was in a conversation with a renowned introvert , his words were I wont go out to start up a conversation, I am quiet person, I respond well to people , if they strike up conversation with me. Are you in this category try this, the next time you are at work, tour your work space, familiarize with coworkers, approach people one at a time, strike up conversations.
3. Attend events
Participating in hosted events is a great way to take the pressure off making new friends and connections at a new work environment. Every one is feeling a little better being out of work and may respond better to
communication during these events.
4. Community managers your great allies
One trick introverts pick quickly is to form allies. Community managers are your go to allies, these are people who spend lots of time getting to know every one and making them as comfortable as possible. Utilize their knowledge. They facilitate networking when the introverted nature acts like an hurdle.
